EASY AS 1-2-3

 

1.)  AFTER REMOVING THE TOP SHELL OFF THE BLUE CRABS, CLEAR, CLEAN, AND WASH OFF THE INTERIOR DEBRIS OF EACH CRAB.

*HINT:  SALT & DISTILLED VINEGAR MIXED WITH COLD WATER IN A MIXING SIZE BOWL MAKES A GREAT WASH FOR CLEANING BLUE CRABS PRIOR TO COATING WITH BATTER, COOKING & EATING. 

2.)  MIX THE ENTIRE CONTENTS OF THE PACKET WITH THE RECOMMENDED AMOUNT OF WATER - OR - BEER IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL.

3.)  PREPARE YOUR FRYING SHORTENING OR OIL IN A DEEP FRYER UNTIL HOT (350 Degrees Fahrenheit). 

COAT EACH CRAB INTO THE BATTER MIXTURE, FRY, and ENJOY YOUR SCRUMPTIOUS, MOUTH-WATERING, JUICY, FRIED CRABS WITH AWARD WINNING FLAVORS!  YEAH!  

COATS 12 AVERAGE SIZE BLUE CRABS.
